Best touching one is a 77 old whit gentleman tha travel between FL (no tax for elderly) and NC (daughter stays here) Hos daughter and son in Law adopted two disability girls. One with brain damage and one with musculoskeletal and she need to be in wheelchair and left hand is always flexed. He was so happy to tell me his grand daughter works two jobs and pays rent to her dad for a condo and she lives independently.
